#1, 3, 5, 7 = 1/4" open-reel assembly/edit September 1996 primarily using original & unheard recordings made on cassettes during 1993-96.

#2, 4, 6 = recorded/mixed early 1997 using a borrowed 4-track.

At least 50 tapes of this were mailed out during '97. The cover was only a handwritten tracklist... which has since been lost... and later found again (haha). There were probably 3 edit variations of the promo tape. Most of them had the tracks for the 7"EP for Pornhorror Records (R.I.P.) tacked on to the end as bonus.

The tracks as on this page are the final running order of "L.O.H.". The cover artwork itself was never finished.
