These two tracks were done around September 1996 shortly after I obtained a 1970s reel-to-reel machine and were originally intended for a 7"EP which was to be released on Pornhorror Records in late 1996.

This label was run by "Papa Steve" who'd also done "Kill Yer Dog And Get A Guitar" zine and released the Lowlife Jay / Godsodomy split 7"EP.

The label and zine folded not long after I'd sent the tape to use for cutting the EP, so I never bothered finishing the artwork for it.

After the 7" project was scrapped I added these two tracks to promo cassettes of the "Labour Of Hate" album, which I mailed out to at least 50 different people over the following 7-8 months....

Sometime in 2009 or 2010 I found the master reels and transferred them to digital form.

The sound on this EP is obviously much more shrill than other RxIxMx material, as intended. No tweaking was done in the mastering process.
